About Je’Darmar Cosmetics

Je’Darmar Cosmetics was founded by Antoinette Sims, a devoted wife, mother of four, and natural-born creative. Antoinette’s journey began in childhood, where she silently battled low self-esteem and feelings of inadequacy stemming from early trauma. She discovered makeup not just as a form of self-expression, but as an outlet that made her feel beautiful. That passion for beauty soon became a desire to uplift and inspire other young girls/women.

 

Though she enrolled in college with big dreams, life took a different turn—Antoinette became a young mother and eventually spent 14 years working in the insurance industry. While it paid the bills, it never fulfilled her purpose or brought the joy she longed for. Deep down, she knew she was meant for more.

 

With faith, courage, and the support of a trusted mentor and Pastor, Antoinette took a leap of faith and launched Je’Darmar Cosmetics in January 2023. Named in honor of her daughters, Darreanna and Dariah—who now work alongside her—Je’Darmar is more than just a beauty brand. It’s a movement built on authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
